Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate woodworking machinery according to job specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
  • Keep machinery and work area organized and properly maintained.
  • Assist in training new operators on machine setup and operation.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss quality and production goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in machining or woodwork preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a woodworking machine operator.
