Job Description

We are searching for a meticulous Harness Fitter to join our manufacturing team. This role involves the fitting and repairing of harnesses for a range of applications. Ideal candidates must have a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit and repair harnesses according to design specifications.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure all products meet required standards.
• Use tools and machinery specific to harness fitting and repair tasks.
• Identify issues during fitting processes and propose solutions.
• Interact with customers to address questions and concerns regarding harness applications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in harness fitting or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience in harness fitting or a related field is preferred.
