Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers and Fabricators to join our manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with assembly processes and a keen eye for detail to ensure top-notch product quality. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to fabricate and assemble innovative products that meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions for assembly and fabrication.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or concerns in production efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss assembly performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in assembly or fabrication

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Reading
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Fabrication Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Knowledge of CNC machining processes is preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification: Experience with Six Sigma methodologies a plus.
