Job Description

Seeking a skilled Hematopathologist to join our dedicated team. You will analyze blood and bone marrow samples, collaborate with medical professionals, and contribute to enhancing patient care through accurate diagnoses and innovative treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Examine hematopoietic samples microscopically and perform necessary diagnostic tests.
  • Utilize integrated laboratory techniques to achieve accurate diagnoses.
  • Engage with medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment protocols.
  • Document laboratory findings and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings discussing patient cases.
  • Support training initiatives for junior staff and fellows in hematopathology.
  • Research and implement best practices for laboratory management.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Actively participate in professional development through conferences and seminars.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Completion of a fellowship in Hematopathology
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in diagnostic hematopathology
