We are on the lookout for a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of telecommunications technology and have a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining systems to ensure optimal service delivery. This role will involve hands-on installation and the upkeep of various telecom equipment, contributing to our mission of providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Install and test new telecommunication lines and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates.
• Provide technical support to clients and assist in troubleshooting.
• Assess and recommend improvements for telecommunications infrastructure.
• Participate in planning and executing upgrades and installations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Telecommunications or Electronics
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience or certification

Technical Skills

• Wireless communication systems
