Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Police and Detectives, you will be responsible for leading a team of officers and investigators, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to protocols, and commitment to community safety. Your leadership will guide successful investigations and foster a culture of trust and respect within the department.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration is a plus

  • 5+ years in law enforcement with demonstrated leadership capability.
