Seeking a motivated Sinter Feeder to manage and enhance the operation of sinter feeding equipment, contributing to our manufacturing goals and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Regularly calibrate and fine-tune sinter feeding systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training to new staff on equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Document equipment performance and maintenance logs diligently.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures in sintering processes.
• Assist in research and development efforts to improve current feeding systems.

• Participate in safety audits and contribute to fostering a safe workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or technical certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sintering operations.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of PLC systems
• Familiarity with maintenance of conveyor systems

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking

Certifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
