Job Description

As a Vending Stand Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our vending stands. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring an adequate inventory, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the vending stand team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular checks on vending machine functionality and cleanliness.
• Report and address any maintenance issues immediately.
• Train staff on proper cash handling and customer service techniques.
• Develop promotional campaigns to boost product visibility.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss performance and address concerns.
• Assist in budgeting and managing the stand’s financial performance.
• Collaborate with upper management to set operational goals.
• Optimize product placement for maximum visibility and sales impact.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the food service or retail industry with supervisory experience.
