Job Description

As an Assembler and Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the accurate assembly and fabrication of automotive parts. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and fabricate automotive parts.
• Inspect and test assembled parts for functionality and quality.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to improve assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
• Document assembly and fabrication processes for quality assurance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in automotive repair or related field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive assembly or fabrication

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Reading
• Hand and Power Tools

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Automotive Repair Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Upholstery Work: Knowledge of automotive upholstery techniques and materials.
