Stencil Inspector

Job Description

The Stencil Inspector will be responsible for inspecting stencils used in the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality standards. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of our production line, ensuring that all products leave our facility in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate stencils visually and using measuring tools for accuracy.
• Compile inspection reports and participate in quality discussions.
• Actively contribute to a culture of quality and safety within the team.
• Identify potential areas for process improvement in stencil handling.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations during inspections.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a technical field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Micrometer and caliper proficiency
• CMM software experience

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CMM software: Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles: Familiarity with Lean methodologies and quality improvement techniques.
