Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users promptly.
  • Maintain and update documentation for all systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on microcomputer systems.
  • Assist with technology rollouts and upgrades.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss updates and projects.
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist users with software applications as needed.

Requirements

Education

Experience
