Job Description

As a Web and Digital Interface Designer, you will play a vital role in creating intuitive and engaging web applications. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user interface designs and improve overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards.
• Provide design support during cross-departmental meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in web design and user experience

Technical Skills

• UI/UX Design
• Prototyping Tools

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Certified Graphic Designer (CGD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with content management systems like WordPress: Knowledgeable in designing templates and interfaces within WordPress.
• Experience in mobile-first design: Familiarity with mobile-first design concepts and best practices.
