Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to help us cultivate a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and develop strategies to improve workplace morale. This role requires a blend of conflict resolution skills and a deep understanding of employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct focus groups to gather insights on employee experiences.
  • Serve as a resources for managers dealing with employee relations complexities.
  • Research and stay updated on labor laws and trends affecting employee relations.
  • Develop resources that guide employees on available support mechanisms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations or HR roles
