As a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, you will play a vital role in analyzing job roles and recommending design changes that enhance productivity in our organization. Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate employee satisfaction surveys to inform job design.
• Provide job analysis training for HR personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards and regulations.
• Implement best practices in job design and analysis.
• Utilize statistical analysis software to support recommendations.
• Assist in developing compensation structures based on job evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in job analysis or related field.
