Job Description

As a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, you will play a vital role in analyzing job roles and recommending design changes that enhance productivity in our organization. You will utilize your analytical prowess to interpret data, trends, and employee feedback to create effective job designs.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate employee satisfaction surveys to inform job design.
  • Provide job analysis training for HR personnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards and regulations.
  • Implement best practices in job design and analysis.
  • Utilize statistical analysis software to support recommendations.
  • Assist in developing compensation structures based on job evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in job analysis or related field.
