Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and customer service. As the first line of support for our employees and clients, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide exceptional service, and ensure all systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and facilitate solutions.
  • Schedule and perform maintenance on devices and IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Help with data backups and recovery procedures as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with technology trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles
