Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Stretch Operator who will be responsible for operating stretch wrapping machinery to securely wrap and pack products for shipment. This role is crucial for maintaining product quality and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrapping machinery according to production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on wrapping machines to prevent downtime.
• Ensure that all products are wrapped correctly and securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production timelines.
• Utilize hand tools for adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow cleanliness standards.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute towards process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
