Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Broadcast Technician responsible for designing and implementing transmission systems for efficient communication. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transmission systems to improve reliability and performance.
• Support cross-functional teams in project execution.
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues as they arise.
• Perform regular system audits and maintenance checks.
• Document and communicate changes and modifications in systems.
• Train junior staff on transmission technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and support.
• Participate in engineering meetings to discuss project progress.
• Assist in developing project schedules and timelines.
• Apply project management principles to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in transmission engineering
