Job Description

We are seeking a Diagnostic Troubleshooter to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and resolving technical issues related to our electronic products. Your work will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product improvements.
  • Implement and follow standard operating procedures for troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Assist in the development of customer-facing support materials and guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Support or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years in technical support or troubleshooting
Technical Skills
  • Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Software development basics
Soft Skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Adaptability
Certifications
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of programming languages: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is advantageous.
  • Experience with DevOps tools: Hands-on experience with DevOps tools can be a plus.
