Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct inspections, and provide training to staff on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance initiatives and promote sustainability practices.
• Create and maintain a database of environmental-related incidents.
• Coordinate with external audits and inspections.
• Advise management on the implications of environmental regulations on business operations.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in environmental protection or safety management.
