Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cook Room Supervisor to manage our kitchen staff and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. The successful candidate will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and maintain a clean and efficient cooking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and kitchen policies.
  • Manage kitchen schedules and work assignments.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Utilize cost control measures to manage food expenses.
  • Monitor and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
  • Assist with special event preparations and catering as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of culinary experience, including supervisory roles.
