As a Distillery Miller, you'll be at the heart of our spirit production process, supervising the milling of raw grains to create exquisite mash. Your expertise in grain types and milling equipment is crucial to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grain types and milling methods to optimize product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Adjust milling parameters based on production requirements.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Assist in maintenance schedules for milling machinery.
• Work with quality assurance to achieve consistency in grain processing.
• Provide support in training for new production methodologies.
• Contribute to process improvements within the milling operation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the production environment.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions for the milling team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Technical Certification

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in milling or distillation environments

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming

Languages
