Outside Food Server

Job Description

As an Outside Food Server, you will be the face of our outdoor dining experience, greeting and seating customers while ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and explain outdoor dining options.
• Process customer orders efficiently through POS systems.
• Ensure that dining areas are well-maintained and clutter-free.
• Respond proactively to customer feedback and requests.
• Assist with restaurant events and catering services as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience as an outdoor server or in al fresco dining is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus

Soft Skills

• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Languages

• Spanish: Basic
• French: Basic
