Job Description

As an Epoxy Fabrication Supervisor, you will direct and mentor a team of skilled fabricators in delivering top-notch epoxy products. Your expertise in production processes will play a critical role in enhancing productivity and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the epoxy fabrication team.
  • Ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance production techniques.
  • Perform regular checks for production quality and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Inventory management for raw materials and tools required for production.
  • Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor quality control procedures to align with customer expectations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in epoxy fabrication or related manufacturing field
