Job Description

We are looking for experienced Tool and Die Makers to join our dedicated manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in precision machining and will be responsible for the creation, repair, and maintenance of tools and dies according to exact specifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD and CAM software to design and manufacture tooling solutions.
• Perform inspections using micrometers and gauges to assure quality.
• Implement tooling strategies to enhance production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues during the production process and recommend solutions.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Ensure documentation is updated and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a tool and die apprenticeship or vocational training program is required

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in precision machining and metalworking
